Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the
desires of your heart.
Are you trying to control your life so you will feel
fulfilled and happy; by filling every free moment up during your day and week?
Think of when you wind something up to tight.
What Happens? It either gets stuck (not moving forward) or it unwinds
completely (losing its grip).
Try letting your schedule be more organic. Leave time in your day for God. Take moments of time to talk with God. Luke5:16
But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed. God might have
something to put on your heart to do. Or
he may want to just let you know how special and loved you are. Who knows, God might even have a fun blessing
for you to enjoy. Live your life fully
and abundantly don’t let life get (unwound) away from you.
John 10:10 The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have
it to the full.
Leave time for prayer, reflection, and peace. Let your life flow with God!
